Job Description:
The Service Bidding Manager is responsible for service bidding management of telecom projects during bidding phase, including organizing service team members, analyzing customer’s requirement, preparing bidding proposal, P2P answer, recognizing the risks, evaluating the service costs, in implementation view.
- Breakdown bidding documents, analyze the service requirement, and build the service team from different department/professionals.
- Collect and raise questions to customer and clarify.
- Answer the bidding file point-to-point, and highlight the risks with proposal.
- Provide service proposal and review with team members/experts.
- Support commercial manager to evaluate the service cost.
- Meeting with customer to clarify doubts and improve the proposal and quotation.
- Monitor the bidding progress by rounds until the end of bidding.
- Summarize all the bidding projects status and report weekly to department manger.
- Review the completed bidding, and output the lesson learn.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree and above, major in telecommunication, electronics, or computer science, or related.
- 3+ years experience in telecommunications project implementation is a must.
- 2+ years experience in bidding process in telecommunication projects.
- General knowledge of telecommunication network (bearer network, fixed network, microwave, wireless, etc. )
- Responsible, excellent communication skills and good organization of team work.
- Flexible mindset to create effective strategy.
- Proficient in English, as working language.
- Experience in Chinese companies would be preferred.
