ICT & Energy solution Marketing – Pre-Sales Support

Provide technical support for ICT solutions, including Electronical Power, Smart City, ICT & DT, and Network Energy. 

  • Prepare and present technical solution proposals to clients, supporting pre-sales activities.

Market Strategy: 

  • Define and implement FiberHome's ICT & DT and Network Energy market strategy.
  • Collect customer network requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.

Client Relationship:

  • Build and maintain relationships with technical clients.
  • Address clients' technical needs and provide support and clarification regarding the offered solutions.

Competitor Monitoring:

  • Analyze competitors' actions and adjust the company’s competitive strategy to maintain market leadership.

RFP Process:

  • Actively participate in RFP processes, ensuring the clarity and suitability of technical solutions presented to clients.

Technical Presentations:

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and feasibility of the proposed solutions.

Requirements:

  • Technical Knowledge:
    - Electronical Power
    - Smart City
    - ICT & DT
    - Network Energy Technology

 Education:

  • Completed specialization

Languages:
- Fluent English, used daily

Experience:
- Solid experience in FBB marketing for large-scale projects in Brazil
- Advantage for experience in Power and Providers

Skills:
- Effective communication
- Negotiation and client relationship management
- Ability to deliver technical presentations

Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in office softwar
